ABOUT HOLISTIC COACHING
Hi there, welcome to the website of FLOW AT EASE. I am Vanya Menken, a Holistic Coach, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga teacher. I am convinced that healing comes from within: after all, our physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being are all interconnected.
I can help you find the cause of your imbalance and bring back balance and ease into your life. So you can start taking control of your mental and physical health. I create a safe environment in which you feel seen and heard. I apply various (energetic) techniques such as Voice Dialogue and the Focus exercise in combination with guided meditations, visualizations and Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra allows you to embody deeper change in your life on a conscious and subconscious level.
After a coaching trajectory with
FLOW AT EASE, you are aware of your own patterns and blind spots. You learn how to listen to your body language and live according to your cycle. In that way you can live a healthier and conscious life. As an experience expert, I am able to empathize with your situation. Based on your needs, I give you the tools for a balanced life. With a focus on self-love and self-care with the principles of Ayurveda.

Vanya’s yoga teaching style is soft and with clear explanation, guiding you to find balance during the practice. As every body is build differently anatomically, her style is strongly focused on postures that suit yóur body. Her classes are warm and welcoming everybody to foster a self-healing process.
