ABOUT FLOW AT EASE



Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Vanya Menken, founder of Flow at Ease. I’m a holistic cycle coach and teacher of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, with a deep belief that true healing begins within.

Flow at Ease is a holding ground for women to come home to themselves.

A space where relaxation, embodiment, and cyclical living are at the heart of everything—fully guided by the moon and her rhythms, with a deeper intention of hormonal balance and inner healing.

Within Flow at Ease, I create a safe, gentle space where women feel truly seen and heard—regardless of their life stage or cycle: with or without a desire for children, in motherhood or beyond. Everything is welcome.


After working with Flow at Ease, women experience:

  • deeper relaxation in the body and nervous system
  • greater body awareness and trust in their inner wisdom
  • insight into their own cycle and the moon, and how they influence one another
  • a sense of community and being held
  • practical and energetic tools that support healing

I work with, among others, yoga, womb healing practices, yoni steam rituals, (cyclical) coaching, and ceremony—always attuned to the pace of the body and the natural cycles.

Vanya’s teaching is soft, grounded and clearly guided, inviting you to move in a way that honors your unique body and natural rhythm.

Her classes focus on supportive postures, inner awareness and balance, inspired by the cycles of the body and the moon. With a warm and welcoming presence, she creates a safe space for deep relaxation and self-healing.

Her Yoga Nidra and meditation sessions gently guide you beyond physical rest, allowing restoration to unfold on a deeper level — calm, nurturing and deeply grounding.
